Effective and timely support is crucial to the efficient running of your school. Our aim is to provide the best possible support to all our users, in the shortest possible time. We have been helping schools since 1982. We know their problems and what they are trying to achieve. Although we treat all calls for help with the same importance, we also understand that not all users have equal computer skills. Some are novices that lack the confidence of the more advanced users, and need to be guided with care and patience.

  •  All user guides, ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ and other useful documents all downloadable  from the Internet
  • Video training guides – downloadable to be incorporated into OASIS – or viewable on the internet
  • Staff who know all aspects of the system in depth, thus ensuring a speedy and accurate response to problems and queries
  • All software is developed in-house so OASIS is in the position to modify it quickly as circumstances dictate. OASIS can thus respond rapidly to user need.
  • The software is designed exclusively for schools and modifications and developments are influenced by the OASIS User Group.
